68. Primetime Emmy Awards: Die Gewinner

In der Nacht von Sonntag auf Montag hat die amerikanische Fernsehakademie die Primetime Emmy Awards verliehen. Der größte Gewinner war die Mini-Serie «The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story» mit insgesamt fünf Preisen, «Game of Thrones» steckte drei Emmys ein. Beide Formate wurden in ihren Kategorien - "Beste Serie" und "Beste Mini-Serie" ebenfalls Gewinner.

Bereits im Vorfeld wurden die "Creative Arts" verliehen, also Preise wie bestes Styling, Licht oder Schnitt. Dort ergatterte die HBO-Fantasyserie «Game of Thrones» neun Emmys, sodass man auf insgesamt zwölf Preise kommt. Der O.J. Simpson-Fall ergatterte vier weitere Kategorien, sodass die Produktion insgesamt neun Emmys einheimste.

Auch die Streaminganbieter können durchaus zufrieden sein, denn Amazon sicherte sich mit «Transparent» drei Emmys, während «The Man In the High Castle» auf zwei Stück kam. Die Netflix-Doku «Making A Murderer» war in vier Kategorien Sieger.
